This is what Nana and Poppy ran into on their way home from driving with us to Atlanta!

They got caught in the middle of the storms that ripped through downtown Atlanta last weekend. They had to pull over and go into a hotel for shelter! We love you Nana and Poppy!!

Random Pictures

This has been a crazy week!! I started my new job and had to leave my baby at home. Ok, so she is with Sean, but that's beside the point- I still cried. Besides, I'm pretty convinced that no one is capable of taking care of my daughter like I can. (I've been a mom for 6 months, I'm kind of an expert!) Ok, stop laughing! I promise to post the pictures from the Knoxville trip soon. These are some random pictures I took before I left.

Planes, trains and automobiles (well, ok 2 out of the 3)

Caroline and I will be embarking on yet another journey to Knoxville. This time by car. She has made this trip by airplane and did remarkably well but a car is a whole other ballgame!! It will be me and Little Bit in a car all by ourselves for 5 hours. Yes, the trip to Knoxville is apx. 8 hours but my wonderful parents have agreed to meet us in Atlanta for lunch and then one of them ride the rest of the way to Knoxville in the backseat with my little pumpkin. I have the greatest parents in the world!! How many people would offer to make a 3 1/2 hour drive only to have lunch and then drive back?! Caroline and I will be staying for a week before I start my new job.

Which brings me to my next topic...

I got a job. I will be working at the Southeast Georgia Regional Development Center. I will be working in the Aging Division. As soon as I learn more about the job I will let all of you know!! I start on March 17th. Say a prayer for me!!
